If you return to dating, you will need a positive mindset to succeed. Otherwise, you will manifest failure.
What are they?
1. YOUR PAST IS NOT YOUR FUTURE
It is not because your last relationship, fling, situationship went to shit that all women are shit. Women make the mistake of making the men of the present pay for the mistakes of the men of the past, guaranteeing them no future.
What does this mean?
Every new interaction starts at 0. Bring good energy and see whether it matches. If you carry negative energy, you will only keep people with whom it vibes, and let me tell you, they are not the ones you want.
2. OPEN YOUR MIND TO NEW EXPERIENCES
If you haven't had many experiences, put your prejudices aside and say "yes" more often than "no".
Some of the best experiences I have had are those when I was open-minded and learned new things that my judgmental side would have blocked.
3. IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU WANT YET, IT IS FINE
Consider it an adventure; however, be aware of what you don't want.
It is easier to segment, and you won't waste your time.
People learn what they want by building up a list of what they don't want from their experience gained.
4. YOU BECOME GOOD WITH PRACTICE
It is not because you are not slaying yet that you won't. It is not because you have not made a good connection now that there won't be one in the future.
As in Sales, it is about running the numbers until you improve your strike rate.
5. DON'T BE TOO HARD ON YOURSELF
Learning lessons can be tough, but they are enlightening, not only about what works but also about yourself and about things you thought you knew, but did not.
These new areas, which can be improved, are ones you never thought existed.
6. CELEBRATE YOUR WINS AND FORGET YOUR FAILURES
To build momentum and confidence in a new field, you need to cultivate positive outcomes by focusing on them and laughing off failures when you don't learn from them.
Just don't dwell; you are not doing yourself a favour.
7. DON'T DOUBT YOURSELF
Interpretations vary from person to person, so if you are not grounded, you will go in 1000 directions.
You must have intent and purpose behind your actions, but don't stay stiff like a broomstick. Learn to take things lightheartedly and have a joke about it.
8. IMPROVE YOUR MARKETING
If you start again, you will most likely have subpar pictures for dating apps, so consider getting a makeover.
Check out the photographer I highly recommend below. He will catfish you like no other—the higher value she thinks you are, the smoother the experience.
9. KNOW YOUR MARKET
You will notice that you are appealing to a particular market segment, and if you cater to it, you will have the best experiences.
Some market segments are better avoided, such as women aged 35-40. Leave the Valley of Death to me for some trolling; you won't miss much.
10. STOP BEING SO JUDGMENTAL
To truly enjoy the company of others, you must let go of many things inside your head, as your projection is rarely a reality.
People's life experiences can vary widely, especially across the gender spectrum.
